  • 1 natural yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons of Terraloe aloe vera crystals

  • 14 nuts

  • 50 grams of dark chocolate


  1. Grate the dark chocolate and cut the nuts into not very small pieces.

  2. Add all the ingredients to the yogurt.

  3. Layer in a bowl, starting with yogurt, then add the chocolate, pecans, and Terraloe. Make sure all ingredients are cold.
