5 breakfast ideas

For some, breakfast is the most important meal of the day since with it they start a new day with energy. That is why today we want to give you 5 breakfast ideas so that you can be motivated, focused and with charged energy reserves for your day! In addition, to complement your breakfasts, we will recommend a drink that goes with each of the dishes!


OPTION 1. AVOCADO TOAST

Drink recommendation: pineapple juice + 1 tbsp of aloe vera Terraloe



Ingredients:

  • (1) One whole wheat toast

  • Hummus (to taste)

  • 5 slices of avocado.

  • Cherry tomatoes (to taste)

  • Ricotta cheese (to taste)

  • Sal y pepper.

  • Lime (to taste)


Preparation:

We assemble the toast by putting a layer of hummus on the base, on top we place the filleted avocado. We water with a few drops of l lemon. Place the halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled cheese on top, and add a final touch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

OPTION 2. OAT WAFFLES

Drink recommendation: Smoothie of your fruit + 1 tbsp of aloe vera Terraloe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 skim milk cup

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • ½ tablespoon of vanilla essence

  • ½ cup of berrys


Preparation:

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another container. We incorporate the two mixtures to form a dough. We prepare the waffles in the traditional way in the waffle iron. We serve and enjoy!


OPTION 3. SANDWICH WITH SALMON, CHEESE AND VEGETABLES

Drink recommendation: orange juice + 1 tablespoon of aloe vera Terraloe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel

  • 100gr smoked salmon

  • 2fresh lettuce leaves

  • 50gr cottage cheese

  • 5 red onion slices

  • Sal y pepper

  • Olive oil


Preparation:

Place the cheese on the bottom of the sandwich and add the chopped lettuce leaves. Place the portion of smoked salmon and add a few drops of olive oil. On top we add some slices of purple onion (if you want any extra vegetables). Finally, we add salt and pepper to taste.

OPTION 4. WHITE OMELETE WITH VEGETABLES

Drink recommendation: strawberry juice + 1 tablespoon of aloe vera Terraloe

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs whites

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • 1 cup of spinach leaves

  • 1 cup of chopped mushrooms

  • 1 fresh tomato cut into small cubes

Preparation:

Beat the whites with a fork or hand mixer. On the other hand, in a frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil for 3 minutes, sauté the spinach, mushrooms and tomato for 4 minutes. In the same pan, add the egg whites, cook stirring with a spatula until compacted, but not fully cooked, reduce the heat and let the omelet finish cooking without stirring. Fold the omelet in half and serve.


OPTION 5. SCRAMBLED EGGS

Drink recommendation: Green juice + 1 tbsp of aloe vera Terraloe

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs (2 eggs per person)

  • 10 gr of butter

  • Sal to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Preparation:

We beat the eggs in a bowl. We splash to taste. We put a pan on low heat, add the butter and wait for it to melt. Next, we add the beaten eggs and begin to stir. We are going to be stirring for a long time, between 10 and 15 minutes depending on the heat and point that we like. Little by little we will notice how the egg cooks very slowly and begins to form small lumps, until the time comes when we will notice that the egg has thickened a lot and the texture is lumpy. From here we can cook the eggs more or less time depending on the point that we like.
