In our blog and on our social networks (@Terra.aloe) we have talked about the benefits of mixing cucumber with aloe vera, what properties it provides and why it is so important to include natural foods in our diet. That is why today we have two smoothie recipes with cucumber and aloe vera for you to drink in the morning or as a snack in the afternoon.
RECIPE 1: GREEN JUICE- CLASSIC
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 stalks of celery
3 tablespoons of Terraloe aloe vera
2 glasses of water
2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation:
Chop the cucumber and celery into small pieces, add these ingredients in the blender and add the 3 tablespoons of Terraloe aloe vera, the water and the honey to sweeten a bit. Blend, serve and enjoy.
RECIPE 2: CUCUMBER, PINEAPPLE AND ALOE VERA JUICE
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
3 tablespoons of Terraloe aloe crystals
150 gr of pineapple
3 glasses of cold water
1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation:
Chop the cucumber and pineapple into small pieces, add these ingredients to the blender and add the 3 tablespoons of Terraloe aloe vera, the water and the honey to sweeten a bit. Blend, serve and enjoy.
